Designed for elite Skimo athletes, the camp focuses on alpine skiing descents, both on and off-piste. Tignes’ vast terrain provides the perfect training ground, while Apex’s expert coaching team, following a program developed by world-class Skimo coach Michael Silitch, will refine your technical skills. Athletes will also have access to Apex’s strength and conditioning facilities, hydrotherapy recovery centre, and can incorporate their own physical training in the afternoons.
Included: The daily programme includes alpine coaching from Apex race coaches, daily strength and conditioning sessions, hydrotherapy recovery, and a ski preparation workshop. Full board (three meals per day), recovery snacks, shared accommodation, and a ski pass are also provided.
Not Included: Flights and transfers to Apex, insurance, personal ski equipment, and medical costs.
